We process only the data needed to provide Afetum, offer support, process payments and protect the service.

• Account data: name, email address, username and authentication information for email/password or Google sign-in.
• Letter data: text, photos, images, dates, music, theme and the public link you choose to add.
• Purchase and support data: plan, status, transaction identifiers and messages exchanged with us. We do not store full card details.
• Technical data: cookies, IP address, language, currency and information required for security and fraud prevention.

We use data to provide the contracted service, comply with legal obligations and, where permitted by Brazil's LGPD, protect the platform and prevent fraud on the basis of legitimate interests. We rely on your consent for optional analytics and marketing cookies.

An active letter can be accessed by anyone who has the shared link. Do not include information you would not want seen by someone who receives or forwards that link.

You are responsible for having the rights and consent required to add photos, names, text, music and other people's data. When children or teenagers are involved, make sure you have appropriate authorization from their legal guardian.
